The “Future CEO Academy” will be held at Clark Atlanta Thursday through Saturday.

A group of 50 students between 13 and 18 years old were picked by the Georgia Department of Human Services from the state’s foster care system and group homes to participate in the three-day boot camp.

Participants include entrepreneurs, faculty experts and local officials. Students will learn about business creation strategies, management, intellectual property law, idea pitching and presentation skills. The program also includes a business pitch competition for $10,000.
